USERS OF BATCH FRYERS -

WASTING OIL AND STOPPING PRODUCTION TOO OFTEN?

The challenge with batch fryers is protecting oil and running continuously without stops for cleaning. To address these important subjects Rosenqvists Batch Fryer has unique features:

  1. Constant steam cover in the fully closed hood - no openings during each batch
  2. Continuous filtration of the oil
  3. Completely clean fryer pan. No internal piping or coils
  4. Paddle wagon with wall and bottom scrapers
  5. Automatic debris flushing of all oil in- and outlets between each batch
  6. Very short feeding and emptying cycles of each batch

STRENGTHENED ORGANIZATION

In order to strengthen our growing organization - Stefan Björk has been appointed Managing Director. Stefan has a long experience from potato and snack food industries through his previous job at PPM AB and from the last 12 months with Rosenqvists.

In order to support the increasing number of projects - Emma Ljunggren has been employed as Project Coordinator. Emma will support our project Managers and act as a link between us and our workshops.


BUSY WORKSHOP

The first half of this year has been very busy for Rosenqvists. In the workshop we are now finishing the manufacturing of four batch fryers for kettle chips product, three fryers for peanuts and four fryers for pellets.
