Is it possible to produce Normal and true Batch Fried Chips in the same fryer?


Rosenqvists newly developed and patented combination fryer (MTX) gives you this possibility!

In the same fryer pan we have all the oil in- and outlets for both types of potato chips (normal and batch fried). In the hood there are two configurations; either the paddle and submerger belts for normal chips or the paddle/ stirrer wagons for the manufacturing of true batch fried chips. The change from normal to batch fried chips (or wise versa) takes less than two hours.

Rosenqvists unique know-how about oil management and fryer design has now entered the market in the shape of a new fryer system handling all different types of nuts and seed products. Very low total oil volume, special filtration system, optimized oil flows are features of this new fryer.

When summarizing 2016, again we conclude that our internal organization has been expanded and globally the number of new processors using our equipment have been growing.
