What can we help you with?

Most of our processing lines are controlled from a control panel. This is the brain of the line carrying all the setting for motors, valves, time and temperatures. Our process engineers have developed a program customized for your processing line. We recommend that you look into the program and your settings on a regular basis. We can help you to correct minor errors and adjustments as well as perform necessary troubleshooting.

How does R-CONNECT work?

First, you need to make sure you have the required VPN modem with internet connection installed in your control panel. We will assist you with the correct R-CONNECT component and an easy-to-follow instruction of how to install it. After the installation, we make sure the connection to Rosenqvists works fine. You are now ready to utilize R-CONNECT.

You are free to order R-CONNECT service hours whenever you need. Our service team will coordinate and plan for support session during regular office hours suitable for you and for our process engineer. You only pay for the service hours you need with no special yearly fee.

How much does R-CONNECT cost?

In case you need to install the required hardware in control panel, the R-CONNECT vpn module costs 2 650 Euro. Contact our service team to find out if you need the vpn module or not.

Each service hour connected to R-CONNECT costs 175 Euro with a minimum charge of three hours.
