The fryer has the lowest total oil volume of any fryer on the market today. With the patented Push-N-Pull drive system the belt is resting on the pan bottom with only 16 mm of “unused” space up to the products. The very exact oil flow in the fryer ensures that each product stays in its position during the full length of the fryer. The multi-zone adaptive frying control for formed products is a patent pending design from Rosenqvists making sure that hash browns are fried with minimum amount of oil and no white unfried spots occurs. Oil filtration system to match your requirements and needs; full flow oil drum filter, centrifugal or fine filter.
