Reflections from Interpom 2024 in Kortrijk 

Attending Interpom 2024 was an absolute pleasure, and we’re certain we weren’t alone in feeling inspired by the event. The exhibition truly encapsulated everything crucial for potato cultivation, handling, and processing. It’s the ultimate destination for anyone passionate about the potato industry. Thank you to belgapom and Kortrijk Xpo for a nice and well-arranged exhibition!

As a company, Rosenqvists Food Technologies, focused on processing equipment that enhances yield, efficiency, and maintenance, we are deeply impressed by the industry’s relentless drive for innovation. The abundance of top-quality seed potatoes for diverse applications was remarkable, and it’s exciting to imagine the possibilities that advancements in gene-editing technology might bring. It was equally encouraging to see companies investing in improved analytics, which we can leverage to ensure more consistent processing outcomes. And, of course, testing products from some of the world’s most renowned French fry brands was an undeniable highlight! 

At the Rosenqvists Food Technologies stand, visitors had the opportunity to learn about our latest advancements in potato processing. We are immensely proud of how our innovations contribute to improved oil quality, reduced batter mix waste, and increased production efficiency for our clients. MEET ROSENQVISTS FOOD TECHNOLOGIES AT INTERPOM, BELGIUM 24-26th NOVEMBER 2024

We strongly believe in a positive future for the food industry and by participate as exhibitors at Interpom, we want to show how we can be your long-time reliable partner into the future.

At Interpom we will show our frying system which is tailored for potato specialties. Our frying system is designed to overcome common challenges in frying, such as maintaining oil quality, ensuring product consistency, and achieving extended production hours without interruptions.

Classic french fries or coated french fries? No matter which way you choose, we have during many years optimized our processing lines for french fries and we can proudly present solutions which will support you to produce your product. We continue our strive for the lowest oil volumes. In our design for 15-20 tons/hour coated french fries, we save more than 300 litres of circulated oil. This means roughly a difference of 20 minutes in oil turnover rate which can be critical under certain production criteria’s. 

Coating and Double-Frying system

The coating line is further improved to minimize waste, provide better cleanability and as a consequence extended production hours – lowering production cost.

We are also proud to show our latest design of drying systems. Improved hygiene and cleanability means longer production hours. After some years of experience, we are also pleased to conclude the relatively low maintenance costs for this system.

Vi kommer tillsammans med Rosenqvists Mekaniska Verkstad finnas på plats hela dagen för att inspirera, svara på frågor och visa på hur kul det är att jobba inom tillverkningsindustrin!

Vi ser framemot att träffa dig som är på väg mot din framtida yrkeskarriär. Vad krävs det för att jobba som svetsare? Ingenjör? Inom industrin? Tjej inom industrin? Det kan vi svara på!

Framtidsmässan är en unik konstellation där utbildningsanordnare, företag, organisationer och framtidens arbetskraft möts på samma arena. Arrangeras av Kristianstads Kommun.
